Send a problem, an idea, or a question. Each message goes to the author of BananaShot. Many answers are already in the FAQ.
From the app
Click the Feedback button in the sidebar of the app. Select a topic, write your message, and click Send. Error messages also have a Report this problem button.
The form can attach the log files. Give your email address in the form if you want a reply.
Write to contact [at] banana-shot-editor.app. The author replies from this address.
Report a problem by email
- Tell what you did, what happened, and what you expected.
- Add the app version and the version of Windows. The app shows its version in More → Contact.
- Attach the log files. They are in the folder
%APPDATA%\BananaShot\logs. More → Contact also has an Open log folder button.
Your data
The privacy notice tells what a feedback report contains and how long the data stays. To ask for a copy or a deletion of your data, write to the address above.
